Newborn Family Visa Process

Step 1: Apply for Birth Certificate

Apply for the newborn’s birth certificate in both English and Arabic, as the Arabic version is required for the Abu Dhabi visa process.

Step 2: Apply for Health Insurance

After obtaining the newborn’s passport from your country’s embassy, apply for health insurance for the newborn. We offer basic insurance at 515 AED for individuals up to age 17.

Step 3: Apply for Emirates ID & Residency

Once health insurance is secured, we process the Emirates ID and residency visa together. Submit all documents via WhatsApp, Email, or visit our office in Al Shawamekh, Abu Dhabi.

Passport Copy
Emirates ID Copy
Salary Certificate (in Arabic)
Tenancy Contract/Ejari
Job Contract (if working in the private sector)

For Other Parent (Mother or Father):

Passport Copy
Emirates ID Copy

For Newborn Baby:

Birth Certificate (in Arabic)

Approval and Delivery

After Application

Once we process your application, you will receive approval within 2-3 working days. The Emirates ID will be delivered to your provided address within 5 days.

If you do not receive the Emirates ID within 5 days, please contact the Emirates ID authority at 60052222.
