Required Documents for Family Visa

Documents Needed for Typing & Processing

Colour & Clear Passport copies of Wife & Children
One Photograph (white background) of each sponsored person
Sponsor’s Passport and Emirates ID Card (Original)
Attested Marriage Certificate (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs UAE) + Arabic Translation
Birth Certificate of Child (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs UAE) + Arabic Translation
Tenancy Contract / Ejari (accommodation rental agreement)
Labour Contract or Salary Certificate (if Government or Free Zone Authority, salary not less than AED 4000)
If Sponsor is Investor/Partner: Company Trade License copy (instead of Labour Contract/Salary Certificate)

Family Visa Process

After Application

Once we apply, you will receive the E-Visa via Email. You can also contact us for a printed copy of your Family Visa.

The visa holder must enter the UAE or complete the Visa Status Change within 60 days from the date of visa issuance.

If the family is in the UAE on a Cancelled, Visit, or Tourist Visa, we will process the Status Change form after receiving the Entry Visa.

Visa and Emirates ID processing must be completed within 60 days from arrival or Status Change approval.

Next Steps

Medical Application: We type the Medical Application for you to undergo the medical test. Results are typically available the next day. (Required for Wife and Children above 18 years)
Insurance: Arrange for Health Insurance, mandatory for processing Emirates ID and Visa applications. We offer basic insurance at:
515 AED (up to age 17), 595 AED (up to age 35), higher rates for those above 35.
Visa & Emirates ID: After the medical report and insurance, we process the Emirates ID and Visa applications. Our staff will guide you to the nearest medical test location.

Health Insurance for Wife & Children

Once we receive all documents, we type the Emirates ID and Visa applications. Our staff will inform you of the appointment date and time for Emirates ID biometrics.

After biometrics, the visa is typically approved within 2-3 working days. You will receive your Emirates ID within 2 weeks. If not received, contact 60052222.
